Cute and Cozy cabin for a small spring break getaway. Nicely stocked kitchen, towels were big and fluffy. House was clean. Tabitha, the property manager was beyond amazing and so helpful. When we arrived there was no grill like the listed stated. We had brought meals that included the need for grill. She immediately brought over her own Blackstone grill. We woke up the first morning and with no heat or hot water. There’s a random switch in the downstairs bedroom near a lamp that if hot turns off the on demand water heater. Would be great if that was labeled. We had to get tools out of our truck to fix the table and benches in the dining room because they were so lose and felt they were going to fall apart. Hot tub was great, a little dirty when we arrived. All in all great rental. Would stay here again.

We spent the 4th of July weekend at the Loon and it was an amazing experience. The camper is big enough to accommodate four adults. The indoor and outdoor kitchen allowed us to cook from scratch for multiple meals. The kitchen comes with pretty much any tool that you can think of. We spent a whole day at the lake kayaking and boating. Gus was very helpful and patient in teaching us how to use the boat motor. There were a pair of loons and a swan couple living in the lake with baby swans. The location is great and close enough to Frankfort so we visited the town and spent some time by the beach. Kelly, the host, was super courteous and responded to a call from us very timely, even though it was already pretty late at night.

We loved Sandhill House! A wonderful gathering place for my family vacation in an amazing well appointed house. The location was great -we did the dunes, Glen Arbor, Empire Bluffs hike and beach, Beulah/Frankfort bike trail not to mention lots of time kayaking and fishing on Long Lake. We really appreciated the bonfire area and Adirondack chairs for our evening gatherings too and early morning time. We cooked our own meals most nights. The kitchen was so well equipped, beginning with the coffee bar to dishes, pots and pans and outdoor grill area. Perfect and easy all around. Definitely a big, big plus! We can’t sign off without complimenting the owners or decorator on the art work, bed linens, pillows etc. throughout the house. It was all tastefully and beautifully done. Thank you!

This was our second stay in the home. The last trip was 8 days, this one only 4 days. Weather was great and the home was open so made a great extended weekend getaway. Look forward to being able to return a few times in 2025.

The condominium was located at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, my husband and I spent the winter of February and March there with all kinds of facilities available. Great serene location, walking on the grounds was amazing, the hotel on the property had a great restaurant, coffee shop, and other shops. There is a spa on premises, pool, and game room. The condo was beautiful, has everything you need and we’ll managed. Thank you once again Agape Vacation Rentals ♡
