Our stay at this cottage exceeded expectations. The property is beautifully situated in a quiet wooded area with a clear view of the lake, offering both privacy and natural beauty. The home was immaculately clean and well-equipped, with every amenity thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furnishings were high quality, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Outdoor spaces were equally impressive—the scenery from the deck and evenings by the fire pit were highlights of our visit. Conveniently located close to downtown Beulah and Frankfort as well. Communication with the host was seamless, check-in was straightforward, and all details were clearly communicated. This property is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and well-maintained vacation near the lake. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The house was wonderful once again. Location is perfect for walking downtown. It would be nice to have wine glasses in the home to avoid drinking out of plastic, but otherwise very well stocked kitchen. We will be back!

The cabin was as pictured. The overhead fans helped with not having air conditioning. The property manager was in getting back to you and was very helpful. Good location. Overall a nice stay and would return.

Amazing! Perfect for my family! The location was fantastic- VERY close to Crystal Mountain and in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. The house was super comfortable and had all the ski vacation vibes. It was nice having all of the kids upstairs, which gave the first floor a little separation/privacy. The house was very well thought out and every amenity you could think of was provided. Great decor and finishing touches as well. We will definately be back!

We had a great time staying at Bayside Cottage! It was so fun to be able to explore downtown Frankfort, as well as walk to the beach and farmers market. We used the house as a basecamp as we explored the beaches, communities and lighthouses in the Sleeping Bear/Traverse City region.

We stayed here for 3 nights in late July and it was amazing. We will certainly be back again. We loved how cozy the house was and feeling like we were truly staying at a family’s lake house, instead of a cookie-cutter rental house. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook in every night to enjoy the stunning views from the porch. It was also very carefully thought out to accommodate our Labrador retriever; the outdoor hose to clean her off, the vacuum for in the house, and porch with the gates were super convenient. The beach access was great and the sunsets were beautiful. Never got tired of sitting on the porch in the evening.

The Green Laker was the perfect place for our vacation. It had everything we needed, was extremely clean and was lovely decorated. Fishing was very good and hearing and viewing the wildlife was exciting. We hope to return to this cottage in the future.
